DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
One broken handoff is enough to slow down sales, service, and cash flow.
If one of these sounds familiar, that's what a Sprint is built for.
A lead fills out your web form, and someone has to manually copy it into your CRM before sales can follow up.
Every new customer means retyping the same information into your invoicing tool, your project system, and your inbox.
Scheduling a job takes three phone calls and a spreadsheet update that only gets made when someone remembers.
You already know which process is the bottleneck — you just haven't had the internal bandwidth to fix it properly.
HOW THE RANGE WORKS
$1,500–$3,500
Sprints start at $1,500 for one connection between two tools — for example, your intake form to your CRM. They scale to $3,500 for workflows spanning three or more systems, conditional logic, or custom automation. You'll know which end of the range applies after a short scoping conversation, and the price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.
Before you commit
Workflow map: lead to paid invoice
A Sprint starts by mapping how the work actually moves today, then rebuilds it. This is the before-and-after map.
When this fits
Typical engagement: 2–4 weeks depending on workflow complexity
Remote delivery with working sessions; nationwide service
One consequential workflow is still manual, fragmented, or error-prone
Information has to be carried between platforms by people instead of systems
A single process—sales handoff, intake, scheduling, fulfillment—needs to work end to end
You know which workflow matters most but lack bandwidth to redesign and implement it
Outcomes
Your team stops re-entering the same information by hand — hours back every week, permanently
Fewer dropped leads, missed follow-ups, or delayed orders caused by a manual step someone forgot
A process that runs the same way whether you're in the room or not — not dependent on one person remembering the steps

Our Process
Scope
We define the workflow, the current pain, and what "done" looks like, together, before any work starts.
Map
We trace every tool, handoff, and failure point in how the process runs today.
Build
We design and implement the improved workflow within the scope we agreed on.
Hand off
We validate it works, document it, and tell you honestly if the fix needs more than a Sprint.
Scope & fit
Full technology environment assessments

Enterprise-wide transformation across every department
Consider instead: Implementation Program
Ongoing executive technology leadership without a defined workflow target

Scope clarity
If we find mid-Sprint that the fix needs broader work than scoped, we'll tell you before doing more — you're never billed for scope you didn't agree to.
Not quite right?
If this engagement is close but not exact, these neighbors are the usual alternatives.

A Sprint is scoped to one important business workflow. That focus is what keeps the engagement bounded, priced, and deliverable.
RTA leads the work from strategy through implementation for the scoped workflow—not advice alone, and not delivery without direction.
Start with the highest-impact workflow in a Sprint, or begin with a Systems and Automation Assessment if the environment needs a full diagnostic first.
Most Sprints involve CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, and similar), scheduling and intake tools, invoicing or accounting systems, and automation platforms like Zapier or Make. If your stack isn't listed here, mention it in your inquiry — most integrations are possible, and we'll tell you upfront if something isn't.
Yes. Your $295 Clarity Session fee is credited in full toward any project of $750 or more — including a Business Systems Sprint — when you start within 30 days. One credit per email address.
Request a scoped plan. The scoping conversation is free. We confirm the fixed Sprint price in writing before work begins. Payment is typically 50% to start and 50% at handoff.
