Paid in advance

25+ years

Led by a platform and systems-integration leader with 25+ years of enterprise technology experience — now applied to growth-stage businesses at a fraction of enterprise cost and timeline.

DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Recognize
this?

One undecided technology question can stall a project, or lock you into the wrong vendor.

If one of these sounds familiar, that's what a Clarity Session is built for.

  1. You've sat through three vendor demos, and every one sounded like the right answer.

  2. A proposal is on your desk, and no one on your team can say whether the scope or price is reasonable.

  3. The same technology question comes up in every leadership meeting and never gets a decision.

  4. You're about to sign or start building, and you want an independent view while changing course is still cheap.

Before you commit

What you can count on before you pay

Founder experience

  • Enterprise platform work across eCommerce, content management, CRM and marketing automation, product data, and customer portals
  • Experience leading distributed onshore and offshore delivery teams
  • Vendor-independent recommendations (we are not paid to push a stack)

What you get in writing

  • Fixed scope and price confirmed in writing before work begins
  • A written summary you keep, whether the answer is "here's your answer" or "here's the next engagement that fits."
  • Your $295 is credited toward any project of $750 or more within 30 days

Sample deliverable

Decision memo: build a booking portal, or buy one?

After the session you receive a one-page decision memo. This is the shape of it.

  • Decision framed
  • What we found
  • Options compared
  • Recommendation
  • Risks
  • Next step

When this fits

Choose this when the problem matches the scope.

One focused session, typically 60–90 minutes

Remote session; serving businesses nationwide across the United States

  1. You have too many tools and no clear picture of what to fix first

  2. You need to choose between vendors, platforms, or build options

  3. Leadership is asking what to build next—and you want an independent view

  4. A CRM, workflow, or integration is not working the way the business needs

For example

The kinds of questions this session is built for

  • Should we build this in-house, or buy a platform for it?

  • We're stuck choosing between two vendors — which one actually fits how we work?

  • Our automation isn't doing what we expected. Is it the tool, or how it's set up?

  • Leadership wants a roadmap. Where do we even start?

Outcomes

What success looks like.

A single redirected vendor decision, or one avoided rebuild, is usually worth many times this session's cost. This exists to catch that before you sign a contract or start building — not after.

  • Clearer understanding

of the real problem and what's driving it.

  • Practical options

    with straightforward pros and cons.

  • A recommended next step

so you can move forward with confidence.

Deliverables

You'll walk away with:

  • A written summary of key findings
  • Practical recommendations
  • Suggested next steps

Scope & fit

Included, not included, and ideal fit

Ideal for

  • Owner-led businesses and growth-stage operators facing one clear technology decision
  • Leaders who want direction before committing budget to another tool or vendor
  • Teams that need a senior perspective without starting a full assessment or project

Not the right fit if

The fine print, plain

What happens to your $295 if this isn't the right fit

If it becomes clear — during intake or the session itself — that your situation needs more than one focused session, the $295 you've paid is credited in full toward any project of $750 or more when you start within 30 days. You're never asked to pay twice just to get pointed toward the right level of help.

Either way, you leave with a written summary of the direction and recommended next step — whether that's “here's your answer” or “here's the next engagement that fits.”

FAQ

Questions about Technology Clarity Session

How is this different from a free discovery call?

A Technology Clarity Session is a paid working session focused on one problem or decision. You leave with a clearer next step—not a sales conversation for a single vendor or open-ended free consulting. The free Technology Strategy Call is only to see whether we're the right fit.

Can we cover more than one problem?

The session is scoped to one technology problem, decision, or vendor question. If the situation is broader, we will recommend a Rapid Fix, Sprint, or Assessment instead.

What happens after the session?

You may proceed on your own, book a contained Rapid Fix, start a Business Systems Sprint, or move into an Assessment or advisory engagement—only if that is the right level of response.

What if the $295 session isn't enough for my situation?

That's exactly why the session ends with a recommendation on next steps. If you need more than one session, your $295 is credited toward any project of $750 or more when you start within 30 days — you're not paying twice to get pointed in the right direction.

When do I receive the written summary?

Within two business days after the session. The summary covers the problem we framed, the options we compared, the recommendation, and your next step.

Can I reschedule if something comes up?

Yes — sessions can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice at no additional cost.
