DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?

Recognize
this?

One broken customer journey is enough to cost you leads before they ever reach you.

If one of these sounds familiar, that's what a Digital Foundation Build is built for.

  1. A prospect finds your site, can't tell what to do next, and leaves without ever reaching out.

  2. Leads come in through a contact form, but nothing happens until someone remembers to check it.

  3. Customers have to call to book, pay, or get basic information your website should already handle.

  4. You know the website isn't pulling its weight — you just haven't had the bandwidth to rebuild it around a real outcome.

HOW THE RANGE WORKS

$3,500–$6,500

Builds start at $3,500 for a single focused journey — for example, a lead-capture funnel built around one form and one follow-up path. They scale to $6,500 for builds that connect booking, payment, and CRM into one coordinated flow. You'll know which end of the range applies after a short scoping conversation, and the price is confirmed in writing before any work begins.

Journey blueprint: booked in-home estimates

A build starts with one business result and maps every step between a stranger and that result.

  • Primary business result
  • Journey stages
  • What was left out
  • Identified for later

When this fits

Choose this when the problem matches the scope.

Typical engagement: 3–6 weeks depending on journey complexity

Remote delivery; serving businesses nationwide across the United States

  1. Your website exists but does not reliably generate leads, bookings, or intake

  2. Customer communication, payment, or scheduling live in disconnected tools

  3. You need a digital front door tied to how the business actually operates

  4. A brochure site is not enough—you need a journey that produces a business outcome

Outcomes

What success looks like.

  • Visitors know what to do next, and leads, bookings, or payments reach your team without anyone checking an inbox.

  • Customers move through intake, booking, payment, or communication with less friction

  • Digital and operational systems start to work as one journey

Deliverables

You'll walk away with:

  • Digital customer journey designed around one primary business result
  • Website or digital touchpoints connected to the operational workflow behind them
  • Lead generation, booking, intake, payment, or communication flow—scoped to the agreed outcome
  • Foundation your team can operate and extend as the business grows

Scope & fit

Included, not included, and ideal fit

Ideal for

  • Businesses ready to connect their public digital presence to operations
  • Teams that need lead capture, booking, intake, payment, or communication in one coherent flow
  • Leaders who want a business-result-driven build—not generic web design

Not the right fit if

  • Large custom software products or full platform builds — we do not take open-ended product engineering. Start with a Clarity Session if you need help defining what “enough” looks like.

    Consider instead: Technology Clarity Session

  • SEO-only or content-only projects without a defined business journey — we are not an SEO or content agency.

  • Open-ended redesigns without a primary outcome such as leads, booking, or intake

    Consider instead: Technology Clarity Session

Scope clarity

You're never billed for work you didn't agree to

If we find mid-build that the goal needs broader work than scoped, we'll tell you before doing more — you're never billed for scope you didn't agree to.

FAQ

Questions about Digital Foundation Build

Is this just a website redesign?

No. A Digital Foundation Build is outcome-focused—lead generation, booking, intake, payment, or communication—not a generic brochure site.

Can this include CRM, forms, or payment tools?

Yes, when those tools are part of the scoped customer journey and agreed business result. Scope is confirmed before work begins.

What if we also need broader systems work?

This engagement focuses on one primary digital journey. Broader environment work may follow through a Sprint, Assessment, or Implementation Program.

What if I'm not sure this is the right scope for me?

That's exactly what the Technology Clarity Session ($295) is for — a short, low-commitment way to find out before you spend $3,500 or more.

Does the $295 Clarity Session credit apply?

Yes. Your $295 Clarity Session fee is credited in full toward any project of $750 or more — including a Digital Foundation Build — when you start within 30 days. One credit per email address.

What platform do you build on, and who owns it afterward?

We build on what fits the scoped journey — a custom-built site when speed and integrations matter, or the CRM and booking tools you already own. You own the code, accounts, and content. Your team can edit page text, images, and content through a simple editor, and manage everything inside your CRM and booking tools; layout or integration changes need a developer.

How do we start and pay?

Request a scoped plan. After scoping we confirm the fixed price in writing. Payment is typically 50% to start and 50% at handoff. Payment terms are agreed before build work begins.

Ready to see if this fits your business?

A short scoping call tells you exactly which end of the $3,500–$6,500 range applies — no obligation past that.
