DOES THIS SOUND FAMILIAR?
A good plan that never gets executed costs almost as much as no plan at all.
If one of these sounds familiar, that's what an Implementation Program is built for.
You have a roadmap, and it's been sitting in a folder for months because your team is at capacity.
Three vendors and two internal people each own a piece, and no one is leading the whole.
Your last technology project ran over budget, and no one could say what “done” was supposed to mean.
You want the plan carried out by someone who understands why it was written, not handed to a body shop.
HOW THE RANGE WORKS
$5,000–$15,000+
Programs start at $5,000 for a rollout in two or more phases. Larger programs are quoted in phases, each with its own fixed price — that is what the “+” means. You'll know the phase structure and price after a short scoping conversation, confirmed in writing before work begins.
Before you commit
Milestone checkpoint: connect scheduling, CRM, and invoicing
You get a written checkpoint after each milestone. This is what one contains.

Staff augmentation or help-desk coverage — we do not provide outsourced support desks or contractor staffing.
Replacing a full internal engineering organization indefinitely — for ongoing leadership, see Advisory; for a single decision, start with Clarity.

If this engagement is close but not exact, these neighbors are the usual alternatives.

Not always. If you already have a clear, approved roadmap, an Implementation Program can begin from that. If priorities are unclear, start with an Assessment or Clarity Session.
The program is fixed-scope and agreed upfront. Changes outside that scope are handled through a deliberate change process—not silent scope creep.
Typical programs include integrations, automation, workflow improvements, and configured systems tied to agreed business priorities—not generic open-ended development.
The published range reflects program size. After scoping we confirm a fixed price in writing. Programs are paid in three milestones. This is payment structure—not financing.
Yes. Your $295 Clarity Session fee is credited in full toward any project of $750 or more — including an Implementation Program — when you start within 30 days. One credit per email address.
Request a scoped plan. We confirm scope and price in writing, then send a Stripe invoice or Checkout link for the deposit or first milestone.
